Tech Center Parking

VITP provides three parking lots for our employees that are managed by Robbins Parking. Parking at VITP is greatly influenced by our green initiatives that exist in our LEED certification. Our main lot is equipped with GrassPave2 and GravelPave2 designed to assist storm water from entering creeks and to turn CO2 into oxygen. An additional 32 new stalls for smart cars and re-alignment will bring the total parking onsite to 743 stalls.

Specialized parking is available at VITP for regular-sized vehicles, motorcycles, scooters and Smart Cars. Monthly parking permits can be obtained for all vehicles from the VITP Conference Centre.

The following are parking rates (including 5% GST) at the Vancouver Island Technology Park:

Regular-sized automobiles:
Half Day: $1.75 Daily rate: $3.50 Weekly: $14.00 Monthly: $55.13

Motorcycles & Scooters:
Daily rate: $1.75 Weekly: $7.00 Monthly: $27.57

Smart Cars:
Daily rate: $1.75 Weekly: $7.00 Monthly: $27.57
