What does Security do for our VITP tenants?

• Duty officers maintain custody of all keys for the complex, signing them out to visitors, cleaners and trades, and ensure their return
• 24/7 Security Patrols for the exterior and interior of VITP which consists of checking each and every door in the complex on scheduled rounds throughout the day and night
• Monitor inside and out through 13 roving “real life” cameras that cover the entire 35 acres
• Escort late-night workers to their vehicles
• Respond to all alarms and contact to appropriate 911 services when required
• Emergency first aid services
• Manage all security access cards – issuance and validation
